Every action the built-in assistant takes is recorded. You can see it in the conversation, and ask the assistant for the full tool execution log.
Each time the built-in Chat assistant runs a tool, XFORG writes an entry to the tool execution log.
Tool
The name of the action it ran.
Arguments
Exactly what it sent.
Result
What came back, including the response code.
Success
Whether the action worked.
Destructive
Whether the action deletes, removes, resets, disables or changes a status.
Admin and conversation
Which admin's session it ran under and which chat it belongs to.
You do not need the full log to follow a conversation. The chat shows each action as it happens.
Each assistant reply lists its Actions taken, one entry per tool, marked Success or Failed.
Open an entry to see its Arguments and its Result.
Previous chats stay under Conversations, so you can reopen them later.
The assistant can read the tool execution log for you. By default it returns the 50 most recent entries, newest first.
Only one tool: for example, every change to page content.
Only destructive actions: everything that deleted, removed or deactivated something.
Only failures: every action that did not work.
After a long session, ask for the destructive actions only. It is the quickest way to review what was removed or switched off.
The log is focused on the built-in assistant.
Actions taken by an assistant you connect over MCP are not written to this log. Keep your assistant's own conversation history.
Function runs have their own history on each function's Runs tab.
There is no separate screen for the log in the admin panel. You read it through the assistant.
