Forms let visitors send you information: contact requests, sign-ups, applications or orders. You build a form once and can place it on any page.
You build a form in the Form Creater, then place it on a page with the Form element. Every submission is saved, and you can review it later.
Fields collect the answers. Select fields take their options from a catalog.
Form settings decide who is notified, which tags are added and whether a function runs.
The Form element on the page decides the button, and what happens after success or failure.
1
Open the Form Creater
Go to Forms, then Form Creater, and click Add form.
2
Name it
Enter a Unique name and click Create new form.
3
Open the builder
Open the form's row actions and choose Edit.
4
Add the first field
Click Add new section. The Select form template picker opens.
5
Save
Click Update form when you are done.
The builder shows the form as visitors will see it. Turn Edit Mode off to preview it without the editing controls.
The field picker has two groups.
General components
Text input, text area, number, date picker, select, checkbox and file upload fields for anything you want to ask.
User components
Ready-made fields for username, email, phone, first name, second name, paternal surname and maternal surname. They fill in the person's record.
With Edit Mode on, each field has Add below, Reorder, Edit and Delete controls. Reorder moves a field to a numbered position.
Use User components for contact details. When a form with an email or phone field is submitted, the person is saved as a lead you can follow up with.
Click Form settings in the builder for options that apply to the whole form.
Notify admins
The admins who get an email when the form is submitted.
Add tags to users
Tags added to the person after they complete the form.
User data
What a submission may change on the record of someone already known.
On end rule
A function to run when the form is submitted.
Configure analytics
Names the events the form reports, and which fields they carry.
The Forms table shows each form's Version number and how many Times completed. Every submission records the version it was answered on, so older answers stay readable after you change the form.
Deactivate a form from the table when you no longer use it, instead of leaving it on a page.
