Every image, video and file you upload lives in one shared library. Pages, products, categories and your theme all pick from it.
The library does not have its own menu item. It opens in a Manage Files window whenever you choose a file, for example:
Add Images on a product's Media tab.
Media File on a Media element in the page builder.
A background image or video on a section, row or column.
Images on categories, tags and SEO settings.
At the top of the window, drop files onto the upload area or click it to browse. You can upload up to 10 files at a time. They upload straight away and appear in the library below.
Each file shows a thumbnail and its kind: Image, Video, Lottie, Rive or PDF.
Some places accept one file and others several, such as a product gallery.

Find the file
Use the page numbers at the bottom to move through the library.

Select it
Click a file to select it. The counter shows how many you picked and how many are allowed.

Confirm
Click Select File, or Select Files when several are allowed.
A few things to keep in mind while you work with the library.
Removing an image from a product or a page does not delete the file from the library.
The Manage Files window does not delete files, so what you upload stays available.
Upload your own logo and brand images in the Theme screen's logo fields rather than placing a picture where the logo belongs.
