The User onboarding screen controls how visitors register and log in, what information you ask for, and where each account page lives.
Go to Users and leads, then Users Onboarding. The screen is split into cards. Change what you need and click Update at the bottom to save.

Authentication Page Routing
Which of your pages handles each step of signing in.
Basic Information Requirements
The details you require from every user.
Social Login Integrations
Third-party providers people can sign in with.
Stay signed in for sets how long an idle session lasts: 1 hour, 8 hours, 1 day, 1 week, 30 days or 3 months.
Every action a user takes pushes the limit out again, so an active person is never signed out in the middle of a visit.
Each switch under Basic Information Requirements makes that detail required for every user. The signup form asks for username, email and phone number when they are requested.
The other details, such as first and last name, are collected afterwards. A user who is missing required information is sent to your Profile completion page when they sign in, and when they open a page that is only for users.
Email, username and phone number are also what users log in with, so turning off signup leaves those switches as they are.
1
Create a form
In the Form Creater, add User components for the details you require, such as first name and last name.
2
Let it fill the record
In Form settings, under User data, choose Fill in what is missing.
3
Create the page
Create a page and add the form with a Form element. Redirect to your main area after success.
4
Point to it
In Users Onboarding, choose the page as Profile completion page and click Update.
A signed-in user does not need to type their email again. The form recognises them from their session.
