Users are visitors with an account on your site. They can sign in to see pages, links and content meant only for them.
Account settings live in Users and leads, then Users Onboarding. Under General Login & Registration you find two master switches.
Enable Login
Allows registered users to log in.
Enable Signup
Allows visitors to create a new account.
Under Basic Information Requirements, choose what you ask for: email, phone number, username, first name, last name, paternal surname and maternal surname. Click Update to save.
1
Create the pages
Create a page for logging in and one for signing up, for example login and signup.
2
Add the forms
Add a Login form element to the first and a Signup form element to the second. Both are in the Accounts category of the element picker.
3
Add social buttons
Optionally add the Social logins element to both pages.
4
Link the pages
In Users Onboarding, under Login & signup pages, choose them as Login Page and Signup Page.
The signup form asks for the username, email and phone number you requested, plus a password. The login form accepts the person's email, username or phone number with their password.
Post-Auth Redirect Page
Where people land after signing in or signing up.
Logout Redirect Page
Where people land after logging out.
Unauthorized Fallback Page
Where visitors are sent when they open a page they are not allowed to see, for example your login page.
Profile completion page
Where signed-in users are sent while information you require is still missing.
If no page is set, visitors are sent to your home page.
Passwords need 8 to 72 characters, with a lowercase letter, an uppercase letter, a number and a special character.
Usernames need 3 to 30 characters: letters, numbers and underscores.
Email, username and phone number must be unique across accounts.
A deactivated user cannot log in.
To make a page members-only, set its access in Pages under Security, and set an Unauthorized Fallback Page so visitors who are not signed in are sent somewhere useful.
