The agreement between you and XFORG when you use our website and platform.
Last updated: October 1, 2026
These terms govern your use of xforg.com and the XFORG platform (the “Service”), provided by XFORG (“we” or “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them. If you use XFORG on behalf of a company, you confirm that you can bind it to these terms.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data, and our Cookie Policy explains the cookies we use.
You must be at least 18 years old and give accurate information. Keep your password safe: you're responsible for everything done through your account, including by the administrators you invite. If you suspect someone has accessed your account without permission, tell us right away at legal@xforg.com.
Creating an account is free. Each project you put online has its own subscription, billed in advance, monthly or yearly, in Mexican pesos through Stripe. Applicable taxes are charged as required by law.
Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, and the project stays online until the end of the period you've paid for. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments for a period that has already started are not refunded.
We may change our prices. We'll tell you at least 30 days in advance, and the new price applies from your next renewal.
Your domain, your AI assistant and the payment processing fees on your own sales are billed by those providers, not by us.
Everything you create on XFORG, such as pages, data, files and products, remains yours. You give us permission to host, copy, process and display it only as needed to run the Service for you.
You're responsible for your content and for how your projects use the personal data of your own users and customers, including having your own privacy notice and terms where the law requires them.
You agree not to use XFORG to:
• Break the law, or help others do so.
• Publish content that infringes other people's rights, or that is fraudulent, deceptive or abusive.
• Send spam, or run phishing or scam sites.
• Distribute malware, or attack, probe or overload our systems or anyone else's.
• Access other customers' projects or data, or get around limits and security measures.
• Copy, sell or reverse-engineer the XFORG platform itself, except where the law allows it.
You can connect AI assistants to your projects through MCP. An assistant acts with the permissions of the account you connect it with, so you're responsible for what it does. Changes it saves go live immediately, just like yours. The assistant's own service is governed by its provider's terms.
We work hard to keep XFORG running and your data safe, but we can't guarantee the Service will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may add, change or remove features. If a change significantly reduces what you've paid for, we'll tell you in advance.
You can close your account or cancel a project's subscription at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, doesn't pay, or puts the Service or other people at risk. When it's reasonable, we'll warn you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. After an account is closed, its data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
The XFORG platform, software, name and logo belong to us. These terms don't give you any right to use them, other than to use the Service.
The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under Mexican law.
We may update these terms. We'll post the new version here and, for significant changes, notify you by email or in your dashboard before they take effect. If you keep using XFORG after that, the new terms apply.
These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any dispute will be resolved by the competent courts of Mexico, without affecting your right as a consumer to go to the Federal Consumer Protection Agency (PROFECO).
